Isaac Ltd offer a full range of engineering services, from concept design, fabrication, installation to commissioning for medium sized projects.
Design
Our design staff can provide services from concept through to detailed design and construction drawings. We operate a policy of using up to date technology, with all our design drawings being produced using CAD equipment. We design dust and fume extraction systems as well as standard heating and ventilation projects. We can design any system to meet the clients requirements.
Manufacture
To complement our design we have modern workshop facilities, where the equipment enables us to handle fabrications up to 3M diameter and 5T in weight, that includes anything from Full Extraction systems to Safety guards, even hand rails and manufactured to meet your specific design requirements.
Installation
Of Course, once your system has been designed and we have manufactured it's components, Isaac and it's high skilled team will then be able to install the system for you with the minimal disruption to your own systems and processes, all to COSHH standard.
COSHH Testing
As mentioned above, everything Isaac Ltd designs and constructs is done to COSHH standard, but we not only ensure our own equipment is made to standard, we can also perform COSHH testing on your current equipment.
